Anyone, as long as you live in the UK, are over 18 years old and have the TikTok app on your phone.

TikTok Shop works through 4 native shopping formats.
- Live Shopping
- LIVE Shopping allows brands and creators to seamlessly integrate products into a livestream session. This offers an engaging real-time shopping experience, which blends the physical store experience with the convenience of online shopping.

- Shoppable videos offer a native solution for merchants to add your products in the videos in an organic and creative way, shoppers click on the link and will be directed to Product Detail Pages, which highlights the product details and prompts viewers to checkout directly.

- The product showcase adds a product catalog to your profile from which viewers can directly shop from your curated collection of products in one place.
- Shop Tab
- Shop Tab is the centralised e-commerce tool within TikTok that highlights product assortment, shoppable content, and promotional campaigns all within one location offering increased visibility, seamless search functionality, increased product discoverability potential and new opportunities to drive sales & repeat purchases.

How can I get started on TikTok Shop UK?
You can set up on TikTok Shop if you fall into one of these three categories:
1. Seller
2. Creator
3. Partner
🛒 Seller
If you are a seller, you need to be located in the UK, then you can get started in a few simple steps.
There are two types of sellers - individual sellers and business sellers.
- An individual seller refers to a seller that is not a business entity, but an individual person offering goods for sale on TikTok Shop.
- A Corporate seller refers to a seller that is a legally authorised business offering goods for sale on TikTok Shop.
All individuals and businesses must register and apply via our platform to be a seller before they can list products on TikTok Shop. As part of the application process, applicants must provide certain information and documents when registering as a seller on TikTok Shop.
Individual
- Register with email or phone on our UK seller registration page
- Choose if you're an individual or corporate seller
- ID verification (hold ID up to camera, then selfie with ID)
- Set up shop information and get ready to sell on TikTok Shop!
Corporate
- Register with email or phone on our UK seller registration page
- Choose if you're an individual or corporate seller
- Fill in business details (company name, number, registration date)
- ID verification (hold up ID to camera, specify your role within the company)
- *Note: If the seller role is primary authorized user, we'll send an email to the business owner containing a authorization letter. The owner must then Docusign this letter.
- For other roles such as owner, director, and TSP, there is no requirement to sign this letter.
- Set up shop information and get ready to sell on TikTok Shop!
You’ll be able to manage your shop, inventory, orders, promotions, creator collaborations, and customer service, all in the Seller Center App.

TikTok Shop is an affiliate platform which gives creators the opportunity to monetize their content, creativity and influence by collaborating with merchants on TikTok.
If you're a creator, here's all you need to get started:
- Have at least 1,000 followers
- Have posted a video in the last 28 days
- Be 18+ years old
- Make sure your account is in good standing

If you are a partner, you must have a registered business in the UK.
