How to purchase an item on TikTok Shop
On TikTok, shopping is more seamless than ever. Start by heading to the Shop Tab, or simply search for your desired item. Once you spot something you love in your feed, click on the shop options. This directs you to the product details to learn more and allows you to make a purchase whenever you're ready.

How do I purchase an item on TikTok?
Placing an order on TikTok Shop is easy and just a few simple taps away. Follow the steps below:
- Choose the product you want to buy.
- Choose the color, size, and quantity, if applicable.
- Click Buy now to check out immediately, or choose Add to Cart to make a purchase with other products in your shopping cart later.
- In your cart, you can confirm the products you're ready to purchase or mark those you want to save for later. Use the Select All button near the bottom to choose all the items in your cart, or simply tap the open circle next to the items you want to purchase. If the circles are red with a check mark, you're ready to buy!
- When you are ready, tap the Checkout button in your cart.
- Fill out your shipping address, payment method, and shipping method on the Checkout page.
- Review your Order summary to make sure everything looks good. Select Place order and your items will soon be on their way.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an in-app notification and an email to notify you that the order was successful.
How can I manage my shopping cart?
To check what's in your cart, follow the steps below:
- Tap on the Shop icon at the bottom of the TikTok Shop screen. Alternatively, you can tap on any item for sale in TikTok Shop.
- Tap on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner. A red dot with a number indicates how many items are in your cart currently.
- From the shopping cart, you can:
- Purchase a single item, multiple items, or your whole cart.
- Save items for later.
- Tap Favorites in the upper right corner to see any favorite items or past purchases for quick and easy purchasing.
How can I manage my orders?
If you have already made a purchase, you can check your order details by following these steps:
- Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom of the TikTok screen.
- Tap on the Your orders link.
- Tap on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner on the Order center page.
