How to return an item on TikTok Shop
At TikTok Shop, there are several ways you can send an item back to the seller or TikTok Shop. Make sure to check your order details as some items cannot be returned and some sellers may charge a fee for returning an item. Tip: Read the return policy in the product details carefully before ordering to make sure an item can be returned, the time frame of when an item must be returned, and if there are any fees for returning an item. Return a Product You can return most products within 30 days of receiving the order by following steps listed below or using the provided pre-paid shipping label. Go to your Profile. I Never Received My Order, But It Shows Delivered. What Do I Do?
At TikTok Shop, we want you to have the best experience, get your product on time, and enjoy every minute of shopping with us. But sometimes life happens, right? Tip: Make sure your address is accurate and complete before making your purchase. Double check that your apartment or house number is included, and that you've updated every section if you've moved recently. If the shipped status is updated to "Delivered" and for some reason you didn't receive your order, here are the steps to take to make things right: Make sure your shipping address was entered correctly in your order. If it's incorrect, the carrier may be able to assist with redirecting your package (go to step 3 for contact information). Check with people in your household and neighbors to make sure the package wasn't accepted by them.
